MISSION STATEMENT:

This committee is comprised of State Citizens who are responsible for acting as fiduciaries for North Carolina and conducting international business for the State Assembly. During our reassembly, this includes setting up the State of State organization required to complete the Reconstruction of the Confederation and Federal Republic.
